Command Chief Warrant Officer
CW5 Boehler was born and raised in Albuquerque and graduated from Del Norte HS in 1986. He joined the active Army after high school and served in two duty stations as an AH-1 mechanic. After leaving active duty, he joined the NMARNG’s 812th Medical Co (air ambulance) at the end of 1991 as a UH-1 mechanic. He attended flight school in 2005 and began his career as a Warrant Officer. CW5 Boehler was a UH-60 Standardization pilot with over 4,000 flight hours and is the CCWO for NMARNG. In his 38 years of service he has five deployments, a bronze star medal, two meritorious service medals, two air medals, and 7 ARCOMs. He earned a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
